One on One Fitness Classes
1 session $65 including tax
Have you been working out at home and aren’t sure if you’re doing the exercises properly or would like to master a specific move? Are you tired of your current routine and would like to have a new program to follow?
This one-hour session will be dedicated to determining your specific needs and helping you feel more confident, energized and ready to tackle your next workout.
4 sessions $250 including tax
Are you new to Personal Training and not sure where to start? This 4 one-hour session package is a great place to begin. The focus will be on strengthening the core, and proper exercise technique to avoid injury. You will also be given a plan to follow that is personalized just for you and your unique goals.
Initial session will be one and a half hours in length and will include an in-depth health and fitness consultation along with a movement assessment. Subsequent sessions will be 1 hour.
8 sessions $485 including tax
You're committed to continue working towards improving your health and fitness and would like guidance and support in setting, attaining, and adapting to realistic goals as you progress.
A strong foundation, exercise technique and safe progression will be emphasized.
Initial session is one and a half hours long and will include a current health, fitness and movement assessment. Subsequent sessions booked will all be one hour in length.
12 sessions $700 including tax
You are committed to improving your health and fitness and understand there are no quick fixes. We will work together to assess and identify your specific needs, set short- and long-term goals and put a together a plan that will allow you to see and feel the changes you are looking for. You will be challenged, pushed and progressively moved forward in a safe and fun environment.
Initial session is one and a half hours long and will include a current health, fitness and movement assessment. Subsequent sessions booked will all be one hour in length.
24 sessions $1300 including tax
Having a personal trainer is your jam! You like having someone hold you accountable to your workouts, someone who knows and understands your health and fitness journey, and who will adapt to your individual goals as they emerge. You will develop a strong, stable core as well as improved balance, strength and flexibility. Initial session is one and a half hours long and will include a current health, fitness and movement assessment. Subsequent sessions booked will all be one hour in length.
Covid-Safe Small Group Classes
BEGINNER $30 (up to 3 participants)
You know you need to be more active but don’t like working out by yourself, doing on-line videos, or just want to have someone guide you to ensure your form is correct and that you’re getting the most from your exercises? This beginner level class will provide you with a fun and safe atmosphere where you can learn to move and strengthen your body gently.
Class format will generally be circuit style with a focus on core strength & stability, balance and resistance training and low impact cardio. A variety of equipment such as dumbbells, bands, yoga balls will keep these classes exciting and will leave you feeling challenged, energized and satisfied. Proper exercise form and technique will be emphasized along with modifications to suit everyone's fitness level. Please ensure that your workout partners are in your bubble and that you are all comfortable sharing equipment. Price for class is a flat rate of $30 including tax and is to be divided amongst participants.
BEGINNER TO INTERMEDIATE $30 up to 3 participants
You’re not new to exercise, but it’s been a while and you’re looking to get back at it. Group classes are motivating and more fun than going it alone; so, grab a friend or two who are in your "bubble" and join this one-hour class where you’ll leave feeling challenged but capable, energized and wanting more!
Class format will generally be circuit style with a focus on core stability, balance and strength. Small class size will ensure proper exercise form and technique are followed along with modifications to suit everyone's fitness level. A variety of equipment such as dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, yoga balls, and battle ropes will keep these classes interesting, variety is the spice of life…no two classes will be the same!
Please ensure that your workout partners are in your bubble and that you are all comfortable sharing equipment. Price for class is a flat rate of $30 including tax and is to be divided amongst participants. *This class is a great class for new moms as well!
INTERMEDIATE TO ADVANCED $30 up to 3 participants
Have you been keeping up with your fitness at home or outside and are itching to get back to the gym for a class style workout? This one-hour class is perfect for you and up to two of your "bubble" workout buds. Classes will include both cardio and strength-based exercises and could include circuits, intervals, AMRAPS and resistance training as well as a variety of equipment such as TRX, battle ropes, and Bosu balls. Come ready to work, leave feeling like a champ!
Small class size ensures individual attention to proper form as well as being encouraged to push yourself within your fitness level. Please ensure that your workout partners are in your bubble and that you are all comfortable sharing equipment. Price for class is a flat rate of $30 including tax and is to be divided amongst participants.
